It's either a warning that you need music in your life or that your bike is
overheating. This must be a C model.

That looks like a water temp. warning light. The A models sold in the
states don't have this warning light. Does your bike also have a
temperature gauge?

Check the connections on the fan, and the temp sensor on the radiator. Also
make sure the fan is not damaged and can rotate freely. Check fuse as well.

I doubt it. Did you open the radiator cap and look inside? You should be
able to tell if it's full. Also feel the coolant hoses going to and from the
radiator. If they are hot, coolant is circulating. Is the light on all the
time? or just when the bike is stopped in traffic. When you are moving at
speed is it off?

OK, Only open the radiator cap with the engine cold. And you have to push
down on the cap then turn it counterclockwise. If you open it hot you'll get
a face full of hot coolant. It's a good idea to put a rag over the cap
before removing it. Incase it's still under pressure.
