Does anyone know if the KLR has a thermal or electronic flasher unit for the turn indicators (99 model in particular)? Also, where is it located on the bike? Thanks Barry Canberra - Australia

Barry, Not sure about the down-under model but the US version is thermal and so very dependent on the current flow. Smaller bulbs or a weak battery and they the thing will blink very slowly if at all. It's located under the petrol tank, just behind the coolant system overflow resevoir, held in place with a rubber mount. Mark A9 --- In DSN_klr650@yahoogroups.com, "Barry Wallett" wrote:
