acerbis rally brush guards don't fit. Needless to say this has me a
little pissed off, especially since the damn thing cost $90. Does
anyone have a solution for the lack of bar height? Like extensions
or something? Also any solution to the bar ends being smaller so
that the rally guards can fit? I can take pictures and send them to
anyone if it will help. thanks.

Rotate them forward?
I have the exact same bars and my Rally Pros fit perfect.
Did you buy new Rally Pros or are you transplanting an older set? If
you are trying to transplant an older set you may be SOL.
They some with adapters to fit smaller I.D. bars new, but if you
don't have the adapters, you're ass out.
Good Luck

I tried rotating them forward, but then the brake master cyl. hits
the windscreen when I turn to the left. Yeah I am transfuring a set
of older rally guards, so I might have to get a new set. It's only
money

. Thanks for the help. Keep it coming.

You could take off the windscreen... If you're turning the bars to
full lock, you're probably going pretty slow. Or you're crashing, in
which case you've got other problems to worry about...
You may be able to come up with just the adapters if you hunt a bit.
See if anyone on the list just bought a set for their stock bars and
hit them up for the smaller i.d. adapters!

PS Q. What's the difference between a sheep and a door?
A. You can't bang a door in the middle of a field.
Happy Friday.

dual filament

Another really easy option is to buy those tear-drop "marker" lights
that already have the dual filament bulb in them and just figure out
where to wire them in. I've moved my license plate up to the outer
fender and completely removed the inner fender so the license plate
light is the wire I will most likely tap into for mine (I alrteady
have the marker lights but I never connected the running light wiring
yet). The markers cost me $25 here in NYC so you can probably get
them for like $3 in most of the country . Of course if you're
really into the stock signals this doesn't help you.
