Screw the trunk. Get him some saddlebags and a 'If You Can Read This, The B***h Fell Off' t-shirt. ;) On a more serious note. Rep. Jane Harman (D. Cal) of the House Intelligence Committee has advised her daughter, a Manhattan Resident, to not take the subways. Manhattan and outerborough hospitals are stocking up on sodium thiosulfate (a cyanide antidote). NY residents take note. Ride your bike to work. Keep the tank full. There is an ancient Chinese curse that goes as follows: "May you live in interesting times". Lets hope they don't get more interesting then they did on 9/11. Block A16

And this morning NPR confirmed the deployement of SAM batteries around DC. Also, they've issued gas-masks to all the Kapitol Kops (but as typical, not to the DCMPD or DCFD, nor any inhabitants of the city). My question for the Shrub would be: Why the fuck are you telling me that I'll be safe with duct-tape and shower curtains while you're handing out gas masks and biochem suits to all your cronies like beads at Mardi-Gras? I'd love to see what his cabinet is advising him on acceptable civilian losses. Z DC A5X A11X
