The link that Mark sent you shows you how to do just that. No special tools needed. Rex ( guy that wrote this up ) does tell you how to make a seal driver from PVC pipe but you can install them without that. Someone mentioned recently that you can use your old seals to evenly drive in the new ones. Be forewarned that sometimes you need a lot of PSI.
