trailer suggestions for klr?

I am interested in finding a system to haul a surfboard(9'6") with my
KLR. Anybody doing anything like that?

Somebody does make a bicycle carrying rack for motorscooters... not
sure if adaptable to surf boards... Duuuuuuuuuude

I couldn't find anything online. If you had one of those bike
trailers it wouldn't be too hard to have a local fabricator make a
rack to hold the board up on edge maybe. The thing to consider though
is the sail area a board would have vs the weight of a KLR, being
fairly lightweight. I would think you would want to weigh down the
trailer quite a lot to be sure it stays planted.

I'd put it across my seat and bungee it on.

I found this link a while ago. This person makes racks that can hold golf
clubs, bicycles and kayaks on the KLR. It would definitely turn heads.
