New owner of a 2003 KLR650. Liking it. Any suggestions on who makes good Highway Bar/Pegs for it. Also has anyone mounted 'Pelican cases' to the rack and how has it worked out..? Thanks for the info.

trails tires on a klr ?

Post by dooden » Mon Sep 30, 2002 6:34 am

After a couple of encounters with mud (swamp type) the Dunlops gave me the willys, this past weekend I was hitting the other kind of mud without a problem, you know the light brown mud, little clay mixed with sand kind. I am pretty sure I will end up spooning Kenda's on it, they have a tread pattern that appears would make a nice tire. Do they buzz on the highway much ? Dooden
