In my mind that looks cool...59' would be my choice...You could go on tour with Jimmy Buffett. Sorry about sticking my nose in, I was aiming at Dr "BigCee" Krok. I have his Shark Fin on the rear brake rotor and I thought maybe he might consider making one for the front. So, what do you think BigCee front and rear rotor guards? WVD --- Tengai650 wrote:

I've actually been tossing around the idea of making a stainless front disc protector. Not heavy, like the shark fin, but for debris, like the one Devol makes, and a pseudo-replacement for the Acerbis unit. Unfortunately, I'm waaaay too busy at the moment. If I ever get a chance, though... Krokko -- Dr. J. Christopher Krok John Lucas Adaptive Wind Tunnel Caltech MS 205-45, Pasadena, CA 91125

I also have an aftermarket seat from www.sporttour.com. Very similar to the flat Corbin but cheaper. I find the beaded cover a little annoying for short trips. It's as hard as the Knobs of Hell!! On the other hand, it was a godsend on my way home from N.H. We did a 12 hour day and a 14 hour day, after 8 or 9 hours I would put on the seat cover and it gave real relief from monkey butt. Especially if it's hot, the air seems to flow through the spaces between the beads and cool my buns nicely...I kid you not!! I've had to 'rewire' mine once this summer, when a couple of beads broke off, so I only use it for long trips. Cheers, Steve A11
