I have also received an e-mail response from Tim. I have found that they delivered a quality product, in a timely fashion, with installation instructions that were both clear, and concise. Not that I want to bring it up again but-- Happy trails did actually call me to tell me they issued the credit, my cell phone didn't tell me I had missed a call, and when looking at it I had a voice message from them. It said they were very sorry for not shipping my case when they said they would and they were crediting my account for the $45, they still have not replied to any email I have ever sent them, but they did call me and tell me about the credit. I apologize profusely for saying that they didn't tell me about the credit, for punishment I'll drive my truck to work tomarro AGAIN. Has anyone ever gotten an email response from happy trails?????
