carrier rack

On occassion, I need to take my truck AND my KLR 650 to a location
(family thing - only 1 driver). Currently, I trailer it in these
situations with a large utility trailer. Does anyone have experience
carrying the KLR 650 with the Versa-Haul or Moto-Tote carriers that
install into the 2" hitch? It would sure be more convenient than the
utility trailer and easier to store in my garage. My concern is the
weight and length of the KLR 650 for these carriers. Any information
would be helpful.
