all muffled up

I'll trade exhaust with you. I have 2000 model with some miles on the stock pipe. I like it quiet. Team stealth and all. Some folk like to ride fast, others like to sound like they are going fast.... So you purchase a pipe and have some idiot overcharge you for installing a poor jet "kit" that will never really deliver proper air/fuel ratio at all throttle settings as the stock did. Yes you did manage 3 additional HP between 4722 and 5276 rpm. Almost enough to make up for that huge flat spot between 1500 and 3500, and the hard starting when cold or hot and the lean surge when riding up a hill into the wind. But hey that is a giant leap in performance. Best bang for the buck in motorcycle performance, School. Get thee to a track school or off road school. Just my humble (or not) opinion. your mileage may vary. Dan /|\> At slow speeds I can hear the front brake dragging over the exhaust
