The current lineup looks like it will be Ural and MZ, but Cagiva is
now a distinct contender as of Friday. THis of course is all
dependent on how soon I can get a shop built, which is what is
currently consuming my time. I hope to have my doors open January
2003
The sad part of this is that I need to establish a substantial cash
base to make this happen, so all four of my bikes went into the paper
this weekend. The ZRX rolled out of the garage this morning.
Someone is coming to pick up the Magna tomorrow. There has been a
call for the W650, but worse of all, someone is coming to look at the
KLR this afternoon.
This was a tough decision, but when you need to show a substantial
amount of cash and you have $14-17K dollars in motorcycles sitting in
the garage, the choice is obvious.

Cool. Now we have a place to test ride every bike on the floor and
then get on the internet and post to the entire world that you prices
are too high, your service shop is crap, you don't stock parts for
that 1973 two stroke we own, you sold out to the industry, etc, etc,
etc.
Being serious now... What type of shop, where, etc?

I have only been on the list for a few months, but it has been an
enjoyable and enlightening time. Thank you for all your effort and
time in keeping the list going so well. I wish you the best in all
your endeavors and look forward to your future participation on the
list.

You ought to add Bimota and Enfield to that lineup--two more brands that are
never actually seen on the road.
Actually, I saw a Ural putting around town last year. The rider was decked
out in an old leather flying cap and goggles, going for that romantic
prehistoric motorcyclist look, I guess. Kind of like Harley owners. I'll
bet it would be fun to watch somebody ride a Ural into the middle of a crowd
of true-(red, white, and-)blue Harley owners.
Good luck, Gino.

Don't know what point you were trying to make, Dreas. But if it is
any consolation, 80% of all US dealers selling Ural, also sell
Harley. Put that in your pipe and take a puff.

Best of luck Gino.
It's sure going to be tough (fun) deciding which new bike to turn into your
demo ride every few months, yup. -Scott

Thanks for all of your support and I hope everyone will give Ed their
support in administering this great list.
I will still be on list to throw in my two cents on some topics, just
not as often as I would like.
