reminder ; glen heggestad on 48 hours tonight

Remember the guy on a KLR that got kidnapped in Colombia? From Strikingviking.net: Back in January, CBS News' "48 Hours" met with Glen in Equador and filmed a segment on him. It's been pushed back several times, but will finally air this Wednesday night, April 3rd at 10pm Eastern Time and Pacific Time. In other time zones check your local listings. I wonder what happened to his KLR when he got kidnapped? Stu

He lost the original bike. His support team shipped another one down to him. I hope the 48 hours show will be more than a quick blurb. I've been following his adventure from the start and it's been incredible to say the least.....very good read on his site...and those brown skinned gals aint too bad neither! Frank

I recorded it, and it didn't come out worth a sh!t. I do not have cable tv, and apparently, my rabbit ears antennae didn't do a good job. I managed to see parts of it. WOW.. Did anybody record the show? I'll buy a copy of the tape... MotorMark

Sorry didn't record it, but DID watch it and it was pretty kool, the guy seemd a little arrogent, but my hat goes off to him for not accepting the ticket back home and continuing from where he was.
