Can't speak to these on the KLR, but on my GS they provide excellent wet
weather traction and road grip. About a 90/10 ratio paved to dirt. Feel
about as good as any other sport touring tire out there.
They also last very well, 10 - 12+ k on my GS. Had Michelins (T66?) as the
first set of tires, which were also pretty good road tires.
The GS list had issues with the Avon Diztanzia's tread splitting, but that
is a much heavier and more powerful motorcycle than the KLR.
