Unless Acerbis flat out ripped of IMS's design, that is not an Acerbis tank. Acerbis tanks are much smaller. The tank you are looking at is made by IMS through a process they call rotary injection. The rest is correct. It really tightens up that area of the bike once it is completely installed. It's allowance for the stock side covers is a bit weird, but it has stayed together for two years now.
