The factory manuals are really your only choice, nobody else has them yet.
You'd have to buy the base manual for a 1984 KLR600, and then the
supplement for the year bike that you own; and then let the
cross-referencing fun begin. There ARE a bunch of of great Internet links
that should provide pretty much all the info you need, unless you really
get into the nitty gritty of it. Check out:
