Yes, been to the IMS site but no sign of the 7 gallon tank. I'm assuming this is the tank that the Marine bikes use! The 5.5 that is listed appears to use stock rad shrouds and I want to stay away from them and/or eliminate their use if possible. Any info on the large tank that is used on the military bikes would be useful! I would consider one of those as they would have even more capacity than stock! Thanks Steve B

Hi Friends, I've been off list for quite a while now because the family moved out into the country and that has taken up all our time. I wanted to say hello to everyone and wish all a Merry and Safe Holiday Season. For those I have been in constant contact with, go ahead and give me a call if you like at (512) 581-0526. I have a new cell, but don't have the new number memorized yet. This message is primarily for Frank, Pat, Mark, Marshall, Cloyce, and Mike. I'm now living in a little two horse town called "Cedar Creek, Texas." It is a few miles from Bastrop and about 20 to 30 minutes east of Austin. Finally got the bike paid off. Got the car paid off as well. Now I am debt free. Time to go get another bike ha ha ha. Don't tell my wife but I have been looking at the ZXR1200R, the Bandit 1200S, and the Connie (Concourse). Any experience with these bikes would be appreciated. I am not on line yet (no monitor) so if you would drop me a snail mail line at: Jim Sherlock 636 B Highway 21 West Cedar Creek, Texas 78612 it would be appreciated. Hopefully I'll be on line soon, but until then, have great and safe rides. I'll join you as soon as I can. Your KLR Riding Friend, AMA585601
