I've got a friend who carb is cracked. The diaphragm won't seat correctly. Any one got an extra sitting around? Thanks, Jim Duluth

I'll second that, however I just hold the front wheel between my legs and give the bars a twist. Go for a quick ride and repeat as necessary. Now it's my turn to propose third world cures: Don't loosen anything. Grab hold of your handlebars and kick the wheel till everything seems straight. Worked for me. Bogdan
