The only way I am going over 500 miles in a day is if I am sitting in a Luxo Goldwing, Motorhome, or other four wheeled conveyance. Heck, when my wife and I rode to Vegas from Lompoc (just north of Santa Barbara, California) that was a 400 mile day and I was beat, and that was on a ST1100. You guys have one tough backside. Plus, you can't see much hauling butt like that all day. I like to stop and look around, take pictures, smell the flowers, kiss the wife, ya know, that sappy family crap.
