pilot screw adjustment?

ive read your to screw in the pilot screw all the way in then back it
out 2 1/2 turns. is this correct? i have a 95 that is all stock what
will i gain by doing this? thanks...
pbi 16t sprocket...help!

Do the numbers on the sprocket face in or out?What is recommended
torque on the CS nut?THANX,Hal A15

Turn it in until it seats *lightly* then back out 2.5 turns. The
engine will run cooler at light throttle with less vibration. The
surge at low speeds and light throttle will go away. The snatchiness
from lightly opening the throttle will go away. You will need to use
the choke (enrichener) lever only on rare occasions.
Many of the benefits associated with installing a jet kit actually
come from this one simple adjustment.
