All montreal KListeRs.
There does seem to be a lot of us. I was thinking the same thing about a get
together. I would really like to meet some riders who know some good dual
sport areas around Montreal. I was thinking we could meet at the Orange
Julep, easy to find, somewhat central. How is next tuesday, the 14th, around
8pm for everyone?

radials and bias ply on same bike.....

I don't think it is a problem because that is the way my bike came from the
factory. The front is bias ply and the rear a radial.
Please let us/me know how you like these Avons. I will need tires in a month
and was seriously think of these. Only thing different I was thinking of
getting a radial for the front when I do purchase them. Having a 19" front
has really limited my choices.
Thanks

recently ordered some avon tires for my KLR and when they arrived I
found out that the front is a bias ply and the rear is a radial. The
avon rep told me this is acceptable for this type of bike. They are
distanzia AM43 and AV44 you can see them on the avon web site. I
always thought mixing radials and bias ply tires was a no-no.
anyone have any thoughts?
