I keep beating myself up out riding. I'm just 50, and tend to overdo it still on the backroads and trails. I'm wondering if i'm severly out of shape or the rest of you guys are youngsters! How old are the group members? Let's here it.

OK i'll start the ball rolling 37,and after yesterdays little fiasco i
nearly stayed that age.
In fact in my opinion ,every birthday should be welcomed,I have lost several
good friends to accidents and illness[three last year].
The one sure thing in this life is death,LIFE'S FOR LIVING

I'm 63 and usually stick to the back roads and dirt roads. I can still do
the ten hour days, but I find myself stopping and fooling around more.
Beach sand along the Columbia is good but trails and technical riding just
offer too many bone snapping opportunities anymore.

Just turned 36 two weeks ago. I've been riding for 20 years, but feel like I've improved my skills more on the KLR than on any other bike.
