Is the screw located inside of a projection that hangs down a bit lower that the rest of the bowl. Its toward the front. It appears that there may have been something blockiing the brass screw that I can see up inside the part described above. I also see a small brass collored dot futher forward and more proximal to the forward gasket area. If there is a pic somewhere it would be helpful but all I'v found is the parts diagram which doesn't show the under side of the carb. Thanks All! Joe S.
