five star center stand - help!

Hey all. I just got this stand from Fred at Arrowhead. I understand
where the two main bolts (two on each side, that is) go in but it
seems like there's other screws and stuff on the stand itself which I
don't understand their purpose or what to do with them. I see the
pictures on his site, but they don't help much other than indicate
which way the stand faces (which is obvious already).
Do I just slide these (four) new bolts in, slide the footpeg over
them, and screw it on from the inside? Should the nut be on the
inside out outside or will that be obvious once I begin?
Am I missing something else?
Thanks for any info.

Eric and all,
I am including a set of Jake Jakeman's hardened bolts with each Five Star center stand. These bolts are much stronger and will mount the center stand and footpegs more securely than the ones that originally came with the center stand. I think you will see that it is a very simple installation. Just remove your footpegs and discard the bolts you take out. Use the new Sagebrush Machine Shop bolts and footpegs on the outside of the center stand. Tighten the four bolts and you are done. It is really simple.
You may have a couple of loose 6mm bolts and nuts that are used to adjust the stop of the center stand in the up position. If these have come out in shipping, they mount on the center stand with the nut on the bolt and then this goes on the center stand facing the legs. Adjust the up position with these two bolts to just miss the side stand and lock everything down.
Let us know how it goes.

Fred,
Does the Moose bash plate have to be trimmed for the 5 Star stand like
it does for Dual Star's version?

300 years... lol. But our court system will probably let him out in 3
as long as he agrees not to walk around with a loaded Bic.
