Just Got the latest issue of the Dual Sport News. This is a great magazine.
The contributions are right-on and all very readable and reflect the riding
and biking aspects that I love so much.
Kurt, you are doing a great job and are fortunate to have this stable of
talent helping you to produce DSN. You're Ed's Page on the Quota sure him
home as I took delivery of a Black one last week. The character of that
thing is very much like the KLR, and it also has quite a personality of it's
own.
Congratulations! And see you in MOAB

gospel according to saint monahan

I took my KLR in for the 500 mile service over in Brockton, MA. They
changed the oil, changed the sparkplug and charged me $175.00. No
valve adjustment. When I originally asked how much and made the
appointment I said clearly it was for the valve adjustment.
The only bright spot in all of this are the Gospels of Saint Monahan
encouraging us all to do the valves and everything else at home and
to hell with the damn dealers (may they all burn in hell after slow,
painful death from incurable disease).
God bless you Monahan and may your clearances always be between .06
and .08!
