Kyle - It is an acronym for NOT KLR, as information and content does not pertain to the care, feeding and use of the KLR strictly. Hi guys, I have been thinking about having my uncle in Miami buy a KLR for me, then, later, I'd come up there and bring it back to D.R. Question is: by USA laws, can someone buy a vehicle for you while you are elsewhere? does he need some special paper or does he just need your full name and ID number? When you buy a vehicle, what are te documents you should receive in order to be able to export it?
