winter grade oil question- synthetics

Hi Mike, I change my oil and filters every 1,000 miles maximum and I use a magnetic sump plug, that alone will make you change your oil more frequently. AND I don't slip my clutch a lot (No need to) to get more clutch debris in the oil AND I don't get nearly so much clutch drag from cold (Hawaii cold er OK) AND my clutch will still bite hard and not slip ( old complaint about synthetics, probably from using auto synthetic oils) Regards, Brian A14 D17
