1989 klr 650 electrical diagram

Hello - I just bought this KLR and the battery keeps running down. I put a multi-meter on the battery and it seems to be charging OK. It goes gradually up to about 14 volts ( not as quickly as I have seen on other bikes but...) The Fan will keep going all the time and the brake lights don't work. I'm a good trouble-shooter but would really appreciate it if somebody who has the shop manual could either copy the schematics, send it to me or fax it to 212-594-7481, or make a PDF/JPG etc. of it somehow *(scanning). I really want to get riding but I'm a bit sick of carrying jumper cables around in case the bike stalls!!!! Thanks, Bowman Kelley
