EJ, you're sorely missed.

Wow! Thanks for the email!I was pretty lucky, low-speed get-off, ended up withright arm in a sling, i guess that is a good thing, relatively speaking!;)
yep, you're right about the "i'm a tough guy" deal. I have always been one of those near-maniacal totally independent guys, but as age creeps up(32), i'm starting to learn!!!
BTW, i (and numerous others) really enjoy your contrbutions to the list. We had a small get-together a few weeks ago, and we were all talking about that professor guy!

This latest mishap was the final push for me to really evaluate what is important in life. 5 years ago i moved from CT to Atlanta to get a career going. Did pretty darn well if i do say so myself, but i never really found a niche down here, and being in an emergenc room quickly brings up who are the really important people in life. As luck would have it, my employer just went through a merger with several companies, including one with several offices in CT, and their website lists a current opening i am quslified for. i think i will move back home, back to the very small family i have left, and life-long friends i know i can trust with my life.
well thanks again, maybe someday i will get to meet you in person, as i plan to someday get out thatway to meet Mike & Carrie Walburn of Dual Star fame.
Cheers! EJ
