I did my unitrack couple months ago and rode alot off road. It's still as smooth as day 1. Use a special motorcycle grease. I used BEL-RAY waterproof grease. It's 5$ for 500grams at your local motorcycle dealer..more then enough..it taste good too. Raz A8
