Hello, all. FNG, here. I ve been a silent subscriber for a little while with thoughts of adding a KLR to the garage. The recent smattering of Long Distance / Saddle Sore posts have been of great interest to me, as I do partake in LD riding on my current motorcycle. I hope that a KLR will allow me combine LD rides with rough trails that may along the way. While I have learned much from you folks about KLRs, I still have a question for now [and more later, I m sure]: What are the electrical capabilities of the >= 96 models; at what point does the charging system get overloaded?
