I had thought of spraying my handlebars full of that expanding spray foam insulation to reduce vibes. Before I do it has anyone tried anything like this or if not do y'all think it's a stupid idea. If not I will carry on and report the results of my experiments.

I have don't do it without removing your light switch and electronics from the leftside of the bar...don't ask me how I know... Kurt

my guess is that spray foam is too hard (brittle) and too lightweight to do anything but prevent you from ever filling your bars with a more likely candidate.... Sand, or lead shot or even painters caulk might be a better damper Tom -- +---------------------------------------------+ | CycoActive Products | 701 34th Ave | Seattle, WA 98122 USA | | Design/Manufacture of Motorcycling Accessories | Products website: http://www.cycoactive.com/mc | e-mail: moto@... | tel (206) 323-2349 fax (206) 325-6016 | trail tips website: http://www.cycoactive.com/mc/trail_tips +---------------------------------------------+
