Use stick-on wheel balancing weight(s) mounted on the back of the mirror, about 3/4" from the rim of the mirror. Duct tape covering the weight(s) should be used, as the weights may eventually fall off. It takes a bit of trial and error to determine how much weight should be used. I found that a weight from 1" - 1/2" long worked well. I have used this solution successfully on many bikes. I prefer this method because I have had mixed results buying other mirrors that were supposed to reduce or eliminate mirror vibration. Handlebar anti-vibration weights that mount on each end of the handlebar may help reduce the mirror vibration, just be sure to buy the proper size to fit in the handlebar ends.
