i thought the valve train was pretty quiet!? it was the drivetrain
(tranny/that clunkin' driveshaft) that sounded like a bunch of marbles in a
tin can... 8^)

Peter, if you checked and rechecked and adjusted your balancer chain you've
done all
you can and what you hear is what you have. I'm hard of hearing so it all
escapes me!
Tim Bernard can't stand the noise my Guzzi valve train makes...hmmm awfully
quiet to
me (g)...
