Try www.motoport.com. Motoport makes uncoated Cordura and Kevlar jackets and pants that breathe in hot, humid weather, but keep you warm in cold weather. Their waterproofing/thermal liners zip inside. I've used my Ultra II Cordura suit in temps from 107 F. to 23 F. at speed, and am happy with it. Stuart

yep, I looked at Fireball's suit and was impressed...you also can't go wrong with Aerostich. I have the Darien and Roadcrafter and recommend the Darien... Kur

Try checking out Teknic Gear. I have the Mach One Jacket and Sprint II pants. Great stuff, well armoured, waterproof, breathable. Cheaper (in price only) than Aerostitch. Just a bit more expensive than Joe Rocket stuff, so very affordable as this stuff goes. I've put mine through the washer a couple of times with no probs and consider that a plus. Here's the website. http://www.teknicgear.com/ Oh yeah, if you care about colors, not all the colors available are on the website. Cheers, D. GBG eh14

Hey man I have one. It is the cat's ass for riding in really hot weather. I fall off my KLR from time to time, and I refuse to ride in a t-shirt for 2 reasons; A#1 All the ladies throw panties at me and I can't see where the hell I'm going, and B#2 If I did manage to dump it, I would have mondo roadrash on my arms. The Broshtex cool Kevlar I own has saved my elbows several times. The finish on it was sub-par, I had to have mama sew on some Velcro to keep the cuffs closed, but it has appx 5000 miles on it and I wear it every day I ride over 85 degrees, It truly is as cool as wearing a t-shirt. Keeping the sun off your arms and still having massive ventilation is probably cooler than riding in a t-shirt, shorts, and flip flops. I only ride dressed like that on my ( imaginary) ZX12. ;-) You can see a picture of me wearing it at an official Cal Pose run at http://members.aol.com/s2mumford/bikechoice.html CA Stu Stuart Mumford 99 KLR650 A13 99 Sprint ST
