Yup. Used them many times for removing a bolt that had the head break off. Also had an Easy-out bust off inside of a stubborn bolt. No more fun and plenty of cursing. Easy-out bits work OK, but I use them only as a last resort. YMMV of course... Joe Nassif SFNM

Hello All, After installing Dunlop D606 & K139 knobbies, I think I can clear up a few things: 1) the tread is taller, so the bike leans over further on the sidestand, causing the oil level to come just to the top of the sight glass. 2) Kaw spec chain adjustment now seems perfect 3) higher ground clearance, doesn't stall in the rain 4) larger diameter= better mpg, & 15T sprocket OK 5) the stock front brake is just right. 6) fork dive helps to keep knobbies from locking up 7) Any more power would be bad on the street 8) no seat mod needed, vibration keeps you comfy Humm.......maybe they designed the bike for knobbies?
