RE: Discussion of a politics/land use issue list
Didn't someone start one of these lists about a year ago when the flaming
got out of control?

PS: The really funny thing is that the background music/speech you
hear while waiting on hold for the correctt IMS guy for 5 minutes goes
like this: "If there's anything we can do to improve our products
just tell our people. We're here to make you a satisfied customer".
There's irony for you.
=====
At Anderson Motorsports (
www.4andy.com) the same kind of music in the
background ("Find out why we're number one in the world in customer
satisfaction"...."We have over 200,000 satisfied customers worldwide").
It took 2 months for them to figure out that the pants I ordered were no
longer available. It took me calling them repeatedly to get them to find
this out. Then they were supposed to ship me the same pant in a different
color. Twoo weeks go by. It took me another week and a half to get someone
on the phone to "help" me. I finally got a credit to my card (which was
charged 3 days after the order was placed even though they couldn't supply
the item ordered). So, now, after 3 months of riding in snowboard pants and
thick denim, I am still without proper pants thanks to the numbskulled
nimrods at Anderson. They didn't even apologize once or acknowledge that
they were anything but helpful to me. Just my experience but I will
certainly never even think about using them again.
