I would like to here from anyone else who is preparing a transcontinental
adventure tour on a klr650. Want to share thoughts concerning preparations,
gear, accessories and mods. I'm going to do all of north and South Americas
departing May 1, 2001. Looking forward to hearing from you.

transcontinental adventure touring
John: Yes I did see Moonrider. There is a ton of international motorcycle
travel info. on horizonsunlimited.com as well. It is mostly BMW oriented,
but not entirely useless to the rest of us. There are running monthly reports
in their e-zine from riders on the road all over the world.

All that means is you dress warmer and make sure you have good tread
left on your tires. Jeez, a little white stuff and some guys start
putting their batteries away and dumping stabilizer in the tank.
LIVE THE ADVENTURE ALREADY!
Maybe you should buy a cruiser. :^)
Cheers,
D.
