egroups site downtime for dsn_klr650

Brandon, Problem #1: EVERYONE on our list who receives emails by DIGEST mode and INDIVIDUAL mode has NOT received ANY emails from the DSN_KLR650 list since September 8th. Some have tried unsubscribing and resubscribing, to no avail. Others tried changing from one mode to the other mode, resulting in no change. NONE HAS RECEIVED ANY eGroups DSN_KLR650 MAIL SINCE SEPTEMBER 8th. Problem #2: The SEARCH feature at our site doens't return results prior to late June. Problem #3: eGroups support has been extremely slow in responding to the numerous queries that our listers have sent to eGroups support. The few listers who have received an eGroups reply showed that it was a "canned" message that deals with problems normally encountered by new listers only. Problem #4: Many of our group are members of other eGroups' lists and have NOT had any problem with receiving emails from those lists. Please contact me if there are any further questions.
