============================================================ Dennis, Thanks for the info, I just sent the following message to the egroups "STATUS" people: re: DSN_KLR650 group & no email deliver since Sept 8th. Brandon, Below is a copy of an email I posted to our group today. I just learned about the "STATUS" area from another lister & hope that you can help us out. No-one from our group has received ANY responses from eGroups since we stopped receiving email last friday. I don't understand why we can receive occasional eGroups 'marketing' emails, but no notification of problems that may impact us. Please contact our list and update us on when we can expect to resume receiving email, digest and/or individual. Thank you for your help. Jim Hyman ============================================================ ENOUGH IS ENOUGH !!! It has been over a week since we 'lost' our email delivery. eGroups has not responded to any of my emails to their support group and we have not received any info from them about the email problem. From the eGroups-KLR web-list, you can go to the bottom of any screen & click on "CONTACT US". On the next screen, you can click on "SUPPORT FORM" or "SUGGESTIONS" & let 'er rip. While 800 members out of 4+ million is a drop in the bucket, no reputable business wants pissed off customers. My next email to them will "congratulate" them on the unresponsiveness, inability to fix problems in a timely manner, and tell them that creating any NEW groups in the future will NOT include eGroups for consideration. Based on the low number of posts over the last week, many listers may not know that the web-list is up & running, but not delivering email. Feel free to cut & paste this message and send it to other listers & add your 2 cents worth.
