plastics anyone>>?

i have a question for you KLR heads: I am a newbie, with a
horrendously teal '94 and I was wondering if anyone had any
suggestions re: new plastic, are there really no aftermarket options
(preferably black)?
also, any ideas how to reduce the handlebar vibration at highspeeds?

Hey let's start a "save our e-mails" society, we could stage protests
and everything, we'll start a lobbiest group and have carpet baggers
and the whole nine yards. Maybe then they'll listen...not!
