carb removal

Hi can anyone advise on how to install a dynojet kit without removing the carb completely, as I have read somewhere that it entails unbolting seat , panels and subframe!! On my DR650 I remember being able to loosen off cables, clips etc in order to rotate the carb in situ and complete the job. Without having tried it on my KLR650C it looks like there isn't a lot of room because of it's proximity to the stater motor. I know most of you are in the US with "A" models but for this job the arrangements look pretty similar. Thanks for any help. Van Tran
