[dsn_klr650] korg question

You can check the reality of this by estimating the potential marketing dollars spent in a negative results court case. Hog, is not a Harley Davidson trademark, it is the American colloquial moniker of a swine.
>Besides that, I think this whole name thing is really >silly anyway. >Why does everyone feel they have to be associated >with a club, association or formal group. Are we all >that insecure that we cannot stand on our own?
This is not really security issue; it is a social issue. Humans are social animals. This is an identity thing: "The sweetest music to a mans ears is his own name". Not my quote, I believe it is from Publilius Syrus. I think a group name is what *most* listers here want, where will it be used? I speculate mostly by the listers themselves over a beer barbqueing a hog.

I don't know of any Attorneys in the list willing to speak up, but I personally don't think we pose any threat to the manufactures of musical instruments, financial or otherwise. There is no cause to initiate any civil action in my un-educated opinion. ...a nickles worth of my two cents! lets keep this light :^) == Rev. Well, it won't work for me but perhaps someone else is looking for a Bieffe 3 Sport in XL (shield not included or in stock). My favorite shop has one on sale for $89 that would have matched my A7 color scheme (blue/white/whatever) Metric Cycle at 1524 Riverside Dr. Mt. Vernon WA 360) 428-7671 Ric Merry
