seat hieght vs getting on

Paul, What I have done and do is put my foot on the footpeg with the
side stand down, and mount up just like you would a horse. Learn this
from my BMW R11GSA which with the Camping gear stored on the passenger
part of the seat,. was impossible for me to get on any other way. 57
year old joints and a 29 inseam just bend so far ya know . ;0).
Oh, yes, do the same thing getting off also. Kill the engine, put
sidestand down, stand up on the pegs and dismount..
