[dsn_klr650] nklr poll results for dsn_klr650

Post by Rich Kickbush » Sat Sep 02, 2000 1:53 pm

Easy there Rev, I'm sure we appreciate your efforts to find us a name, but with 10% of the lister's vote, it probably means people either aren't into it, or we need to find better names. There's also the issue of KORG copywrite thing. I would hold up on the stickers for a bit. Also, and tell me if I'm way out of line on this, could we make this and other things that aren't related to making a KLR work better NKLR? Ie speeding tickets and the like. As much as I get into this list, and try and put something back when I can for all the help I've received, the amount of traffic gets in the way of a real life, and I need to prioritise occaisionally. Tell me if I'm the only one. Rich "Rev.Chuck" wrote:

[...] What copyright thing? We don't make electronic music instruments, Korg don't make motorcycle groups. I don't see any reasonable confusion between the two. Is KORG intended to become a registered business name? Mister_T

Michael, I'm having good luck with the uplift stand I bought from Tim Bernard at www.happy-trail.com . It has some degree of portability...I brought it to Moab this year for the rally...Here it is with a Valkyrie. I think Tim's price is less than the one I see on this page but still more than you're talking about...
