[dsn_klr650] raising klr back height

be sure to raise the front end too. my bike is kinda squirelly right now
because i set the preload on 3 (i'm only 165 lbs) for 2-up riding a couple
weeks ago and i keep forgetting to turn it down. this seems to steepen the
head angle to where it's annoyingly twitchy at hwy speeds.
i remember reading about elden carl's fork cap extenders, but i don't know
anything about them. sounds like they might be a good idea.
