[dsn_klr650] elden carl show counterbalance drive washer.

I am currently trying to find some one that will market these for me.
Liability issues have prevented me from going into wholesale production
myself even though the drive washers are substantially stronger than the
pins and springs. The stock pin and spring drive system is ok as long as the
factory correctly installed all 4 pins and springs in each sprocket and as
long as you replace them and any worn parts upon replacing your balancer
chain every 30k.
