I was there, in my mind, I mean. Just got my new DSN (two issues) and the legendary Verle Nelson guides you through a 400+ mile loop through the Canyon Lands (Utah). Taking a wonderful journey with Verle in the pages of DSN........what a great idea - mind riding.......you don't get hurt that way, heck you don't even need a motor bike, corse some of you might fall outta ya chair while you're gawking at it. Oh yeah, Slide is cutting a mighty fine line on the cover too. What's wrong with his left foot? Is he reaching for another gear at 125 mph? Nah, a big boy like Tob couldn't get that rig up to a 100 mph .... or could he? I mean, sitting straight up, hard bags and all........ I bet that thang is straining real hard to make 80 (with lil' Tob onboard). And, why aint he going in a straight line? Is he trying to make a big circle or sumpin'? Knot - reading all about it. I will be at Moab in 2001 (if Honey lets me)
