anti-vibration mirror mounts

Has anyone tried using an anti-vibration mirror mount on their KLR?  This is a threaded insert of some type that goes between the mirror and the handlebar mount.  Do they work?  I can't remember where I saw them for sale.  My mirrors vibrate pretty good till I hit about 70MPH.  Most of my riding is below 70.  My hands are ok; I wear gloves.  Thanks for any advice.   Bruce Bordt (A14) Milford, MI
