tubless on tube rims

One thing you need to mindful of with trying to run tires without tubes on a
rim that was originally designed for tubes, is that a blowout could be very
dangerous. Tubless rims seat their tires more securely so that in the event
of a blowout, the tire does not leave the rim. Not so on tubless rims. There
have been owners of older Guzzis with cast rims that have had near death
experiences with this. Take caution!
